I shall not duplicate, transfer, or reproduce the list or information in any form whatsoever and will use reasonable measures to prevent any third-party duplication, reproduction, or transfer. I understand that any unauthorized usage will result in denied access for future use of attendee lists. I acknowledge that any unauthorized usage will cause immediate and substantial damage to the Florida Chamber Safety Council. I will report any breach or suspected breach of data confidentiality to the Florida Chamber Safety Council immediately. I agree that this list is for one-time use only to promote my participation at the 2025 Leadership Conference on Safety, Health, and Sustainability. I also acknowledge that the list only includes those names that have “opted in” to receive marketing information from the 2025 Leadership Conference. The list complies with all applicable data privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.

Company Information

Booth Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Florida Chamber Safety Council on your company letterhead and are considered final. Cancellations received before March 15, 2025, will be entitled to a refund less 30% service charge. Cancellations received after March 15, 2025, will be entitled to a refund less 50% of the booth price. Cancellations received on or after April 15, 2025, will not be entitled to any refund. Unused booth space will be reassigned.
